Our first scoping meeting for the Capitol Lake/Lower Deschutes Watershed Environmental Impact Statement is October 10 and we want to hear from you.
It's the first of two meetings where the Department of Enterprise Services will ask people what should be studied in an environmental review for estuary, managed lake and hybrid options for the waterbody.
The meeting will feature an open house as well as the opportunity to submit written and verbal comments.
If you can't make it in person and would like to learn more about the project, visit the online open house and submit your comments online.
